Our story
Built for the way seasonal homeowners actually live.
Most home watch services were designed around a clipboard and a phone call. Our clients travel constantly, manage households remotely and expect the same standard of service from their Florida residence that they receive from a private club or a fine hotel.
We started with a simple observation: a beautiful home closed for eight months in a subtropical climate is a slow, quiet risk. Humidity works on cabinetry and drywall. Water finds the path of least resistance. Small mechanical failures compound. The cost of noticing late is measured in tens of thousands of dollars and an entire season lost to repairs.
So we built a service around two things that cannot substitute for one another: trained people physically present in your home on a documented schedule, and connected monitoring that watches the property continuously between those visits. Everything is recorded, everything is reportable, and every alert reaches a human being who is accountable for what happens next.
Our clients are surgeons, founders, retired executives and families with multiple residences. What they share is a preference for being told the truth about their property quickly, clearly, and without having to chase anyone for an answer.
