Consistency is what makes home watch valuable. The same trained eye, the same checklist, the same documentation — visit after visit.
Exterior observation
- Full exterior walkthrough of the residence and grounds
- Roof, soffit and gutter condition from ground level
- Doors, windows and garage secured and undisturbed
- Pool, spa and lanai observation — water level, clarity, screens
- Landscaping condition and irrigation operation
- Visible storm damage or debris after weather events
Interior observation
- HVAC operation, filter condition and thermostat verification
- Water and leak observation at sinks, water heater and mechanicals
- Plumbing fixtures run and traps primed to prevent odors
- Visible signs of pests, mold, mildew or water intrusion
- Refrigerator, appliances and electrical panel check
- Alarm and lighting confirmed on departure

You will always know what we saw.
Timestamped visits
Arrival and departure are recorded for every visit, so the schedule you agreed to is the schedule you receive.
Checklist results
Each observed item is marked normal, warning or critical, with notes wherever there is nuance.
Photographs
Interior, exterior and any area of concern — photographed and attached to the visit record.
Portal archive
Every report is retained in your portal and downloadable for insurance or vendor discussions.
